While you’re waiting for our appointment here are a few things you can do to improve your health…

  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Take regular exercise in sunlight
  • Buy more of your food as raw ingredients – less pre-prepared
  • Eat lots of lightly cooked greens – especially broccoli
  • Drink 2 litres per day of filtered water
  • Reduce your alcohol – at least 4 alcohol free days each week
  • Cultivate a calming green tea habit – loose leaves taste much better
  • Learn how to breathe properly – deep into your belly
  • Seek programmes and people that make you laugh
  • Listen to what your mind and body are telling you about your health
  • Don’t make any decisions in a hurry – take the time to think things through
  • Spend more time enjoying your life than researching your cancer
