While you’re waiting…

While you’re waiting for our appointment here are a few things you can do to improve your health…

  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Take regular exercise in nature
  • Buy more of your food as raw ingredients – less pre-prepared & processed
  • Eat lots of lightly cooked greens – especially broccoli
  • Drink 2 litres per day of filtered water
  • Reduce your alcohol – at least 4 alcohol free days each week
  • Cultivate a calming green tea habit – loose leaves taste much better
  • Fast between 8pm and 9am – stay hydrated with water and clear tea
  • Learn how to breathe properly – deep into your belly
  • Ensure you have a daily bowel movement
  • Seek people, places and media that make you laugh
  • Listen to what your mind and body are telling you about your health
  • Don’t make any decisions in a hurry – take the time to think things through
  • Spend more time enjoying your life than researching your cancer
