While you’re waiting…
While you’re waiting for our appointment here are a few things you can do to improve your health…
- Get plenty of sleep
- Take regular exercise in nature
- Buy more of your food as raw ingredients – less pre-prepared & processed
- Eat lots of lightly cooked greens – especially broccoli
- Drink 2 litres per day of filtered water
- Reduce your alcohol – at least 4 alcohol free days each week
- Cultivate a calming green tea habit – loose leaves taste much better
- Fast between 8pm and 9am – stay hydrated with water and clear tea
- Learn how to breathe properly – deep into your belly
- Ensure you have a daily bowel movement
- Seek people, places and media that make you laugh
- Listen to what your mind and body are telling you about your health
- Don’t make any decisions in a hurry – take the time to think things through
- Spend more time enjoying your life than researching your cancer
